The "students" in our film program gain experience from duties that are as varied as the different companies and myriad projects being handled by their mentors and production staff.
By demonstrating their willingness and determination, they not only learn new skills, but earn praise and many times a job offer - either at their training company or elsewhere through the network of co-workers and friendships they form while training on-the-job.

At school I got to work on the top of line equipment from DVCpro cameras (which may not even be top of the line but I really liked them, actually my favorite was the BetaCam) to AVID editors.
